Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via our online portal or email with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bulbs, fixtures, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for your records.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
